The Strategic Mapping™ package is designed to move your business forward by bringing clarity, direction, and an actionable strategic plan for the next 4 quarters.

We start with the big picture and look at every facet of your business. We will pull out all of the projects that you've been sitting on (and possibly hiding behind!) because you haven’t had the time or the right people in place. I guide and support you through the gathering of facts, details, wishes, and experiences so that we can collaborate on building an annual plan, as well as a prioritized quarterly plan.

strategic mapping™ experience

  • 01. pre-work

    We begin with your Mission, Vision, Values & Boundaries. This will be done as pre-work and everything we do will build upon this.

    This is the foundational work to uncover the purpose of your business and identify where your business is going.

  • 02. strategic objectives

    We will have two 90-minute sessions (typically held in the same week) where we dive deep into the seven most important strategic objectives for your business. This allows me to gain a better understanding of who you currently are as a leader and as a business.

    During these sessions, I will be gathering facts, details, wishes, and experiences so that I have the most accurate information ahead of creating your annual plan.

  • 03. arrange + prioritize

    This is when the magic happens. Before our wrap-up session, I take the ideas, projects, and dreams that we discussed during the strategic objectives phase and break them down into separate projects to create a high level annual plan that is prioritized and easy to implement.

    During our 45-minute wrap up session (typically held the week after our strategic objectives sessions), we will modify and finalize the plan so you can begin taking immediate action to move the business forward.

  • 04. final plan delivered

    Within 72 hours of our wrap up session, you'll have your finalized high level strategic plan delivered to your inbox.

    You will also receive 1 week of Voxer support for any additional thoughts or questions that may come up.
